    One of my hobbies is running. I have completed 60km Ultramarathon in 2015!

    Hello I’m Takashi Sugioka, the president of Kizuna Realty. I studied economics at Kansai University, and have been running an advertising company for 25 years in Kyoto. During the time, I’ve been able to build a wide network spanning various industries. In 2015, I launched this real estate venture. Kyoto, my hometown, was awarded the No.1 spot on the World’s Best tourist destination list in Travel + Leisure magazine last year. Kyoto is the former capital where 17 World Heritage Sites designated by UNESCO. I’m very proud of Kyoto and helping you to find your ideal property would be my pleasure.

    I majored in English literature at Kobe College and worked for Dow Chemical Japan as a secretary. I’m currently completing a master’s in American Studies at Doshisha University. My family and my dog bring me the most joy in my life. I like to dance flamenco and sometimes I enjoy drawing botanical paintings.
